We usually see people complaining about their tummy fat. The best part is that most of them don’t feel any shame when they accept the fact that they have a bulge on their middle section hiding behind their shirts. This might be because they already know that their convexed tummy is easily visible to everyone.

We should be taking an hour’s walk daily and should take up stairs instead of a lift. This will remove thigh fat and provide them with a good shape.

Perform best exercises such as Squats, Lunges, Wall sit, Leg raises, Ditch jumps, Knee raises and lateral jumps.
Get those curvy and lean thighs!
Performing various Yoga poses and mixing a bit of Zumba to it can also benefit you and get you those ideal thighs that you want, if you stay consistent.
